Our Policies

Items are custom made and we do not accept returns.
We do not accept refunds or returns for incorrect sizing or color choices. Please measure your dog before ordering. We will send you photos of color combos as the color chart may vary slightly from the color in person.
If a leash clasp or buckle is faulty upon arrival, or if a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can remedy it immediately.
Damages caused by the shipping process will need to be resolved through the shipping carrier.
We do not accept cancellations on custom orders.
Cancellations can be made on pre-made items if prior to shipping. Buyer is responsible for any transaction fees.
All items are handmade in the United States and orders are completed in the order they are received.
Please understand that most custom orders will take 1-4 weeks for processing before shipping. Premades are shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise communicated. We do not control delivery times once the package is in the hands of USPS.

Care Instructions

Biothane is waterproof and easy to clean but it is still important to take care of these items. Wash your gear with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly in cold water after any saltwater exposure. Do not use bleach. Towel dry.
Avoid flea and tick collars while your dog is wearing the collar as it can damage the biothane.
Collars or patches with vinyl lettering should not be left on your dog unsupervised as scratching may damage the lettering.
Please do not apply vinegar, bleach, hydrogen peroxide, acetone, bug spray, alcohol, mineral spirits, lacquer thinner or any adhesive or adhesive product to any UV PRINTED material as these can have damaging results.
As with any product, continued use causes wear and tear. These collars are not designed for tie out use.
Always inspect products before use and discontinue use if there are failing components. Our products are not chew proof. We will not replace items that have been chewed or scratched. Once items have been chewed, the strength and durability of the product may be compromised.
